Thank you for joining SPIKE, please use the following directions.

The Modified Block exercises are an alternative to the other programs and the fifteen-day challenge is not needed but it is the next step to the rest of the program.

For all other exercise programs, it is suggested you do the fifteen-day challenge to follow the design of the program.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, please visit PayPal and cancel your recurring membership to SPIKE.
